Our infrastructure is the lifeblood of this city. Without it, we cannot function. My Infrastructure Plan will oversee:

• The creation of wider bike lanes with more capacity

  • With the rapid expansion of Citi Bike coverage around the Five Boroughs

• Working with the MTA to:

  • Improve local outer-borough bus service.

  • Improve subway service

  • Increase the speed of subway maintenance operations to return to normal service more quickly

  • Finish the Second Avenue Subway

• Improving our road and sidewalk ​maintenance, making quick repairs to holes and cracks 

• Promoting and improving yellow cabs to better compete with ride-share
