Parks create a space for New Yorkers to relax and enjoy. It is essential that we treat parks as a priority and that everyone has equal access to them.

I will:

• Improve our city's parks by:

  • Investing in the Parks Department 

  • Increasing city hiring to have people clean and maintain our parks

  • Using abandoned lots in New York City to be turned into green spaces 

• Create more green spaces in the city 

• ​Improve and create fields to be used for recreational and school sports​
